FTS Group to Integrate Local Search Technology Advertising Platform Into Directory/Portal Network

TAMPA, FL--(Marketwire - July 19, 2007) - FTS Group, Inc. (OTCBB: FLIP), an acquisition and development Company operating in the Wireless, Technology and Internet space, today announced that it has signed an agreement allowing it to integrate a leading local search advertising platform into www.TheDirectory.com and its network of directory/portals currently under development.
